There could be multiple reasons:
- REASON 1 – the credentials used inside the Dragonfly App are wrong. Please:
- Click on the CONFIGURATION tab.
- Check (and modify if needed) the values inside the SITE_ID, SITE_USERNAME and retype the password inside the
- Press on the button “Save Config and Restart”.
- REASON 2 – there is no valid Internet connection on the machine you are trying to use, and 30 days have already passed since the last time your Dragonfly instance has been able to connect to the Onit server and authenticate. To solve this you just have to connect to Internet.
- REASON 3 – you have reached the maximum number of Device instances for the current license linked for your site. In this case you have 2 options:
- OPTION 1 – Purchase additional licenses – please contact us.
- OPTION 2 – Remove one of the unused Dragonfly instances from the registered devices table of your site (to make room for the Dragonfly instance you are trying to run). To do so:
- Open the License tab of the Dragonfly Cloud Dashboard at this link.
- Remove an un-used Dragonfly instance from the Registered Devices table.
