If, for some reason, the Dragonfly Application does not work as expected, or refuses to start even after a machine reboot, it is possible to do a hard reset of the system and to restart it from scratch. To do so:
- Kill any running instance of Dragonfly App by pressing the Terminate button inside the Configuration tab.
- Go to the root folder of the Dragonfly installation (/application/datafolder):- Delete the jsmetaandlogsfolders.
- Delete the mapsfolder (if it does not contain any map of interest!)
 
- Delete the 
- Open the configfolder- Delete ALL the .atknfiles.
- Delete the dragonfly2.propertiesfile.
 
- Delete ALL the 
When the Dragonfly App will be restarted, it will be as like a brand new first start.
