RETURN POLICY

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help.

We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees are not returned.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Fill out the form here below and explain which products you wish to return.
  2. We will get back to you shortly and give you the address where to ship back your order.
  3. Send all items back to us.
  4. Once we receive the items we verify the integrity and refund the payment.

    • How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit?

    Usually, all refunds are processed within 3 working days from when we receive the items.

    • Should I pay the shipping fees to send back the items to Accuware?

    Yes, shipping fees are under your responsibility.

    • Is there any return restocking fees that I will need to pay?

    No. You will receive a full refund (shipping fees excluded)
