A map created with Dragonfly can work properly in an environment subject to changes as long as the features in front of the camera do not change by more than 40% compared to the features collected during the mapping phase. If what is presented in front of the camera is different by more than 40% from what has been mapped previously there can be 2 situations:

1. if the camera moves from a pre-mapped area to an area that has now changed by more than 40%: in this case there won’t be problems. Dragonfly will keep working smoothly.
2. if the camera is turned ON and suddenly sees an area that has now changed by more than 40% since the previous mapping: in this case, Dragonfly won’t be able to recover its position until the camera sees an area already mapped.
